Finding Thermador authorized service in North Miami, FL, wasn't too hard. A quick online search, and I hit the jackpot with BlueLagoon Appliance Repair. So, I had an issue with my Thermador oven, and these guys were spot-on with the fix. The tech showed up, kinda on the dot, which was awesome because who likes waiting, right? He knew his stuff, rattled off the problem with the oven like he's done it 100 times. The whole process was pretty painless, and he didn't try to upsell me on anything I didn't need. He even gave me a couple of tips on keeping the oven in good shape. Would I call them again for Thermador authorized service? You bet!
